To "Die" For Blog Hop

Welcome to the Krazy Crafting Crew's October blog hop: To "Die" For. Many crafters today have die cutting machines and we thought it would be fun to let them show off some of the work they do with their machines and tell us which machine they own. I can guarantee you will have a fun time looking at all their creations and if you're in the mood for ...a new die cutting machine, their work might sway you on which one to buy.

Our hostess for this hop is Jearise from Lorby's World and her blog is the place to start. She will have a give away going on so make sure you check out how to get signed up for that while you're visiting her.

Now let the fun begin...

We have several weddings and engagements happening around here.  I used my Cricut Expression to cut the card and the different layers.  This card is for our Pastor's future daughter in law.  The Cricut makes it easier for me to get the die cuts and size I want.

Thank you for stopping by and now on to Paula - www.preciouspagesbypaula.blogspot.com

Happy Easter

My bestest friend Tanyascrappyscavenger brought me a box of "goodies" last week and I loved everything. I was trying to think of something cute to make my 1-2 year old Sunday School class and found it in my "prize" box. She had given me several packs of favor boxes.  I stamped an Easter image from Peachy Keen Stamps and a sentiment, put a little white "grass" and then took a plastic egg and put a fluffy little chick I found at Michael's.  I think they turned out so cute.  I hope everyone has a Blessed Easter---and thank you Tanya for everything--I love you.

Easter Cards

We all love Easter and Spring---even if it has been freezing here. I made two Easter cards that are really simple and I plan to give them at Church tomarrow.

The first one I used paper I had left over from a Monique Griffith project and I just think the paper is so cute.I tied a ribbon on the side, inked around all the edges with ink my BFF Tanya Scrappy Scavenger gave me and stamped the sentiment from a stamp from My Creative Time.

The second one was even easier---I bought a Martha Stewart rabbit punch on sale at Micheal's so I punched different shades of purple, stiched around the edges with my purple pen and the sentiment is from the same set from My Creative Time.I added flowers and pearls from my stash .

I hope everyone has a great Easter-----and please find the Golden Egg.With all the beauty of Easter we must remember the true meaning and that is Jesus died so we may have eternal life. And that is the best part of Easter.Stop back tomorrow to see another fun project.
Hugs, Anita

3/23/2013 Spring Fling

It's March and Spring is in the Air when a young man's fancy turns to fishing and a young girl's fancy turns to a new wardrobe!!! Ok, maybe not but there are so many things out that there to symbolize Spring Has Sprung ....

For my project I had a wonderful project planned, layed out, but it was designed to go outside.  We have had rain, rain, and more rain today, so I couldn't complete my original project concept.  I did however make an Easter Card using a stamp from Sherry Baldy Designs.  The Sentiment is from Peachy Keen Stamps.  I hope you enjoy it.

We have a talented group of crafters participating today to show their interpretation of SPRING . . . .

Spring is Hopping Blog Hop Day 2

Welcome to the Spring is Hopping Blog Hop on March 9 to 10 from 9 am to 11 pm CST. Thank you for joining us to help us celebrate Spring and Easter. I love all things about the season of awakening So I decided to host this fun celebration with some of the most talented crafters that I know.

I do have a few rules for this hop, in support of each crafter and the time they have put into their work, to be eligible for the "Grand Prize" you MUST visit each blog and leave a comment for each day of the blog hop and also become a follower of my blog, and my dt blog at http:// scrappingwithlisadesignsdt.blog spot.com/. The blog candy is $25 in free files over at http://scrappingwithlisadesigns.com/.

I also am giving out a file of $6 value to each person that hops. To get this file, please choose what you would like and then send me an email to ljopeters62@yahoo.com and I will send your file right out to you.

If you have started on this blog you’re on the right track. This hop runs on Mar. 9-10, so you have plenty of time to make it all the way through the hop. Check out each blog and see what each blog has to offer for BLOG CANDY! After all it's springtime and who doesn't like the spring.

Now for my project, I made some fun stuff for my Sunday School Class Bulletin Board using the Spring Collection Cricut Cartridge.

Thanks for stopping by. Please come back soon for another great project.
